About
Sue McMillan is a certified personal trainer with ten years of professional experience. Her passion is to help others reach their fitness goals and help them feel confident exercising in and out of the gym. Sue has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from young athletes needing to increase strength, stamina and flexibility for sports to older adults needing to lose weight, increase strength for bone health or gain flexibility.

She is an awesome person, GREAT PT and she uses her vast knowledge about fitness to push you to succeed in your goals. She helps provide nutritional tips to help you along the way. She is extremely reliable & very punctual, she is always set up and ready to start training ahead of time with a planned workout routine. She is very dedicated and great to work with. She is very professional and engaging, she challenges my mental limits by encouraging me and pushing my limits. One on One custom training program designed specific to meet your health and fitness goal. Each session is either 30 minutes or one hour long and available at my studio. No two sessions will be the same.

One on One training and Group training sessions available in either 30 minute sessions or by the hour at my studio. These sessions are custom tailored based on your fitness goals, age and health. You will be challenged with balance, muscle toning and flexibility using body bars, free weights, machines, bands, bosu and your own body for a more fit you.
